Diet Dots Review
Are you looking for a cost-efficient, safe weight loss pill to help you get rid of that excess body fat?
Diet Dots just may be the product for you.
What are Diet Dots Supposed to Do?
The creators of Diet Dots say that even if you are used to eating big meals, Diet Dots will curb your hunger so you feel fuller more quickly.
Diet Dots can also supposedly help you lose weight by speeding up your metabolism and by boosting your energy levels.
But can Diet Dots really give you the toned, fit body you’ve always dreamed about? I’ll need to take a closer look at the product before I can really make a judgment call.
What Ingredients are Inside of Diet Dots?
Diet Dots only has three ingredients in its formula: Vitamin B12, Acai Extract, and Citrus Aurantium.
Vitamin B12, which is part of the B Vitamin complex, actually plays a major role in the metabolism of your cells all throughout your body. As you supplement your B12 levels, you are helping to promote healthy cell function and increase your energy levels.
Unfortunately, B12 has not actually been proven to assist directly–or even indirectly–with weight loss; it is merely a healthy vitamin that will help your body run more smoothly.
The next ingredient in the Diet Dots formula is Acai Extract, an all-natural extract from the popular antioxidant. The Acai fruit, which is native to both Central and South America, has been shown to help the body with its abilities as a digestive aid: its enzymes actually break down food so that your body can better absorb the nutrients there.
Though Acai does contain essential nutrients that promote good health in your body, there is currently no evidence that it will actually help you lose weight, according to WebMD.com.
The third and final ingredient found in Diet Dots is Citrus Aurantium, which is the source of the commonly used ingredient Synephrine. This extract has been used for hundreds of years in Chinese medicine and brings about effects similar to those of the now-banned diet ingredient ephedra as it burns fat, suppresses your appetite, and gives you more energy.
Though Citrus Aurantium has potential as a weight loss ingredient, Vitamin B12 and Acai are in no way effective fat burners–and these are the sole ingredients found in Diet Dots, so I can’t help but feel a bit suspicious.
Are Diet Dots Safe?
Some of the ingredients in diet dots have been found to cause some harmful side effects–primarily citrus aurantium. Studies have shown citrus aurantium can cause stroke, ventricular fibrillations, vasoplasm, and myocardial infarction.
How Much are Diet Dots?
One bottle of Diet Dots can be purchased online for between $5.00 and $10.00, giving you 300 tablets. This supposedly will end up lasting you about 33 days when you take them as directed.
As you can see, for a weight loss pill, this is very inexpensive, but the Diet Dots formula is just not effective due to the small dosage amounts of each ingredient.
Is There a Diet Dots Guarantee?
No, there is no return policy for any opened, used bottle of Diet Dots–meaning that if and when it doesn’t bring about any weight loss results, there is no way to get your money back.
Even though these are very cheap diet pills, it still bothers me that there is no guarantee attached to Diet Dots; it eliminates any sense of accountability for the manufacturers.
So What are the Cons to Diet Dots?
- There have not been any reviews on how effective Diet Dots are.
- Not a long-term solution for weight loss.
- Contains citrus aurantium, an ingredients that may cause harmful side effects.
Are Diet Dots Worth Purchasing?
Diet Dots sound as though they are a really easy way to curb your appetite, but the amount of ingredients do not seem to be very effective.
Even though the Diet Dots price it right, they may not be the best option for you if you are looking for a long term solution for weight loss.
